Delivery, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy
- Orders that are customer approved but without enough funds will not be processed.
Online shopping:
We will send you an email confirming that your order has been received. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you and offer the following options:
- Send a similar, alternative item.
- Let you know how long it will be before the item is available. And then send it if you're prepared to wait.
- Cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait.
Despatch:
Goods will usually be despatched within three working days subject to availability. The method and address for delivery will be specified on the customer order. All UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail (for parcels up to 1kg) Anything over 1kg will be sent via courier and a shipping quote advised via email
EU & international delivery charges:
If an international parcel weighs more than 1kg, we will contact you by email with a delivery quote. You can then decide whether you want to proceed with the order.
Sending an order as a gift:
Deliveries can be made to a different address to the credit cardholder's. (You can also take advantage of our gift wrapping and personalized message service). The invoice will be sent by separate cover to the cardholder's address.
Returns:
Under the Sale of Goods act, in the case of faulty goods, we allow a period of seven working days from receipt of the goods, for the customer to reject and return the goods for an exchange or full refund. All other refunds are made at the discretion of the company. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. Please use the contact form to advise Elemental Earth regarding faulty goods
Cancellation of order:
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within fourteen days of their receipt of the goods. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these regulations should initially advise the return via the contact form. Once agreed with Elemental Earth the goods should be returned (in their original packing and in their original condition) to:

Elemental Earth will not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our address. We strongly recommend that returns are sent by a recorded or tracked method of delivery. Once we receive the goods, unopened and in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit / debit card. We will send you an acknowledgement of this by email. Cost of return is the covered by the customer.

How I will store your Personal Information.
Storage Methods.
Paper: written notes (described below).
Smartphone: I will store your contact information in a plain-text note app that backs up to my private Google Drive. This allows me to contact you in case of emergencies, but keeps from revealing this information to other applications (i.e. not using a Contacts app).
Email/SMS/WhatsApp: your email address and correspondence will be stored in my email account (currently GMail) by nature of you contacting me. Your telephone number may be stored in my SMS or WhatsApp app should we exchange messages this way. Electronic correspondence will also be held by the corresponding app (Gmail, Phone's SMS, WhatsApp).
Website: Your personal information of your name & phone number is stored on my website on my booking system when you make an appointment

How I may Process/Share your Personal Information.
Newsletter.
If you agree via the form to receive my newsletter / email marketing you will receive the information as declared under 'mailchimp' services information as described in this policy. I will only use your first name and email address for this service and no other personal information will be used.
Therapeutic Will.
Your name and contact details will be shared with my Therapeutic Executor. This is so that you will be contacted on the event of my death, should you still be in therapy with me.
Emergencies.
If your health is in jeopardy (provided I have your consent) I may share your contact information with an emergency healthcare service (e.g. Mental Health Crisis Team).
If I have become aware of your intent to cause harm to another person/organisation (e.g. terrorism), the law may require that I inform an authority without seeking your permission. In such a situation, the law may require that I share your personal information without your knowledge (known as: whistle-blowing).
Erasing your Information.
When we have finished working together, I will erase electronic copies of your information & correspondence within three months.
I will hold onto your written information for up to seven years past the end of our working together. This is so that I have a reference of our work in situations such as you returning to sessions in the future. After this time has passed, I will destroy any written information.
Your Rights.
