The new Calendula, Colloidal Oatmeal and Bentonite Soothing Soap Bar, ... soap for babies, young children or adults with sensitive skin, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis and other skin problems. This unfragranced soap is made with a Calendula infused organic olive oil base.  I chose calendula for the speed at which it helps to heal and regenerate damaged body tissue. Also calendula oil has antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties that might make it useful in healing wounds, soothing eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis and relieving nappy rash. It's also used as an antiseptic.However this bar is not recommended for use by any nursing mothers or if you are pregnant.

Added Colloidal oatmeal, another fantastic skin healer is proven to reduce redness, soothe and it forms a barrier which reduces transdermal water loss. The colloidal oatmeal binds to the skin and creates a protectiuve barrier against irritants while also providing aditional nutrients.

In addition to these calming effects, this ingredient also acts as a gentle exfoliator for skin, excellent for removing dead cells.
